This Privacy Policy applies to tuckwebco.com and information collected through the public Tuck Web Co. website. It does not describe privacy practices for a future client project or service agreement unless that agreement says otherwise.
2. Information you submit
The Free Check and Contact forms may ask for information needed to understand and respond to your request. Depending on the form, that information may include:
- Your name and business name.
- Your email address and phone number.
- Your business website or Google Business Profile address.
- Whether you want the Google profile, website, or both checked.
- Your services, business type, or service area.
- The website issue, project message, or selected service need.
- Other information you voluntarily include in a submission.
Please do not submit passwords, verification codes, payment information, recovery details, sensitive documents, or information that is not needed for the inquiry.
3. Technical and usage information
When you use the website, Tuck Web Co. and its service providers may process technical and usage information needed to operate, measure, and protect it. This may include:
- Browser, device, operating-system, and similar technical information processed by service providers.
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Pages visited and interactions with website links or buttons.
- Security, network, and bot-detection signals.
4. How information is used
Tuck Web Co. may use information collected through the website to:
- Respond to questions and inquiries.
- Prepare or follow up on a requested online presence check.
- Evaluate possible projects and whether Tuck Web Co. is a suitable fit.

5. How form submissions are processed
Audit and Contact submissions are first processed by the website's server and checked with Cloudflare Turnstile. Accepted submissions are delivered through Google Apps Script, stored in a private Google Sheet, and used to send an email notification to contact@tuckwebco.com.
These systems are used to deliver and organize the information you choose to submit. The private Sheet is the lead system of record. The notification email is intentionally limited to a notice that a new lead was recorded and does not include the submitted name, email, phone, website, message, or audit details.
Security credentials, verification values, browser user-agent values, and other unnecessary device fingerprints are not intended to become part of the stored lead record or notification email.
6. Google Analytics
Tuck Web Co. uses Google Analytics for website measurement when analytics is enabled. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers and process browser, device, website-usage, IP-derived, and approximate-location information to provide measurement reports.
The current website code does not intentionally send the contents of Audit or Contact form fields, or personally identifying values entered in those fields, to Google Analytics. Form-related analytics use fixed event names and generic labels rather than the information typed into a form.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides browser tools that allow users to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.
7. Cloudflare Turnstile and security
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive traffic. It may process browser, device, network, IP-address, interaction, and other security signals needed to issue and validate a challenge. The website checks the resulting verification with Cloudflare before accepting a form.
8. Service providers
The website relies on service providers including:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, network and security services, and Turnstile.
- Google for Analytics, Apps Script, and private Sheet storage.
- Zoho for the Tuck Web Co. contact mailbox and email handling.
These providers may process information on behalf of Tuck Web Co. according to their own terms, privacy practices, and service settings.
10. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address an inquiry, maintain appropriate business and security records, handle a dispute, or meet applicable legal obligations. Inactive inquiry records are periodically reviewed and may be deleted when they are no longer needed. Project, payment, accounting, dispute, security, or legally required records may need to be kept longer.
11. Your choices and requests
You may email contact@tuckwebco.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. A request may be limited when information is reasonably needed for recordkeeping, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
You can also use browser controls to manage cookies and use Google's available Analytics opt-out tools. You may have additional privacy rights depending on where you live.
12. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and Tuck Web Co. does not knowingly seek information from children under 13 through the website.
13. Security
Tuck Web Co. uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
14. Changes and contact
