How It Works

A clear process from the first conversation to the finished work.

You always know what happens next, what we need from you, and what you will receive.

Six simple steps

Clear decisions without the mystery.

The first conversation, review, recommendation, price, work, testing, and handoff each have a clear purpose.

  1. Send the public links

Share your website, Google Business Profile, or both. The free check does not require account access.

  2. We take a quick public look

We identify up to a few meaningful opportunities without turning the check into hours of free consulting.

  3. Get a clear recommendation

We recommend the right-sized Google Profile or website service only when one genuinely fits.

  4. Approve the work and price

Nothing paid begins until you see what will be completed, what it costs, and what is not included.

  5. We complete and test it

You provide the needed business information, files, feedback, and agreed access. We complete the agreed one-time scope and test our work.

  6. Receive the finished work

You receive the finished work or a clear completion summary, plus any applicable ownership information and next steps.

Working together

What we need from you and what you receive.

What we need from you

  • One person who can approve decisions
  • Accurate business and service information
  • Photos, logos, and content you have permission to use
  • Access to the accounts needed for the agreed work
  • One organized list of feedback for each revision round
  • Final approval before launch

What you receive

  • The agreed pages, improvements, or repairs
  • Testing for the agreed work
  • Clear documentation or tutorials for the completed work
  • Ownership information when the project includes account or website handoff
  • A clear completion and handoff summary
  • A clear date for when included support ends

Built to be yours

You should not be trapped by your own website.

Your website and important accounts should belong to your business. You keep control of the domain, hosting, Google accounts, content, brand files, and final website. We may need temporary access while completing the work, but we document everything and remove or reduce access when the work is finished.
